Often times, when a company is petitioning on behalf of a foreign worker, the worker has expertise important to the business. Failing to onboard the employee in a timely fashion could not only cost time but money to the business. In order to expedite the review process, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services offers a premium service for employers.

Not all employer-sponsored visas do not qualify for expedited processing through I-907. Applications below are eligible for the premium processing service:

In addition, if I-129 or I-140 application has R-1 classification, the applicant must go through an onsite inspection before going through the expedited processing.

The filing fee for I 907 is $1225 (last changed on March 2011). Employers wishing to expedite the visa process for their employees must file for each applicant.
